こんにちは、DJカズです。
この年になれば、ちょっと油断してたら…あっという間にデブ。
辛いですねえ、別に食べているものは若い頃と変わっていないのに。
何か工夫をしなければと思っています。
では取り合えず、お聞きください。








私の知り合いに、O講師がいます。
98キロだった体重が、今では60キロ台。
5.6年前にお会いしたときでさえ、88キロだったらしい。
彼の葬祭ディレクターのIDカードの写真はまるで別人。
その昔、相撲部屋に勧誘された経験もあるとかないとか…。
彼の涙ぐましくも、笑えるダイエット作戦は必見ものです。
一緒に食事をする機会が何度かありますが、まあ～食べないですね。
食べるときには、カプサイシンがどうのこうのとノタマイ、
唐辛子を一本かけてしまうような勢い。
一駅、二駅程度だったら、徒歩が当たり前。
山手線の一駅だったら分かるけど、ローカル線だよ。
ビール、発泡酒は、糖質0も当然。
要するにポイントは、「痩せたい」という強い思いなのでしょうか。
今年こそ、私も「痩せたいのだ」…神様、仏様(順不同)、ヨロシクね。
