初級研修会を終えた葬儀社様の実践トレーニングが行われました。
葬儀式場のシーンから毎年テーマを決めて、
基本に則った言葉づかいや動きをチェックしていきます。
今年は「最期のお別れ」をテーマに、
即席のグループ分けで担当者とメンバーを決めて実践しました。
宗旨は「曹洞宗」導師以下５人の式衆による
「鼓鈸三通（くはつさんつう）」が行われる葬儀をイメージしました。
引磬、太鼓、鐃鈸を「チン」「ドン」「ジャラン」と鳴らす仏具が５人分あるということは、
お別れの場所を作る為の動きには、多くの課題が存在するということになります。
さらに準備中、遺族親族会葬者が式場内に着席したままという設定です。
そこでは、ご遺体は元よりご本尊、仏具、そしてすべてのお客様に失礼の無い動きが求められます。
担当者を中心に、仕事歴の浅いスタッフも即戦力になれるよう、
目配り、声かけ、手元の所作、仕事の先を読むこと等など、ご指導いたしました。
僧侶の方々による「鼓鈸三通」が行われる葬儀は、東
京近郊で初めて本物に遭遇した時は感動しました。
いつまでも残して欲しい葬儀の形態です。
