世間から何かと注目を集め、幅広く展開されている葬儀社様で研修会がございました。
数年お世話になっておりますが、いつ伺ってもスタッフ教育の素晴らしさを感じます。
徹底した研修の成果だと思いますが、更にもう一つ「採用時」と「その後」に、
大きなポイントがあるのではないかと思うのです。
そのポイントを軽々しくこの場で申し上げることは控えますが、
それでも教育担当部署の方々の努力は素晴らしいと思います。
連続で開催される司会研修会の１回目は、基本の発声からスタートします。
これにはベテランも新人もなく、皆さん横一線からのスタートです。
いつもそうなのですが、新人の方が遥かに巧いのです。
事前練習用のテキストを、真剣にやって来るからでしょう。
ベテランほど「ガツン！」と言わないと、研修を舐めてしまいます。
大谷派の準備ですが、東京はあまりしないんだよね、位牌も使うしさ。
因みに、位牌を使わないのは真宗１０派のなかでも高田派と興正派だけ。
発声練習が出来なくて、本来、司会の研修会に参加はできません。
表現理論を教えて、テクニックをマスターして、それらを「声」という武器を使って
表現しようとしても「声」のコントゆロールが利きませんからできません。
イメージは頭の中にあるのでしょうが、自分ではそれを実現できないのです。
結局そうなることが分かっていても、実際にそうならないと人間は分からないのです。
その為に、アナウンスや弔電をやらせます。
私が、いくつかのテクニックを交えながら実演すると、それを聴くことはできます…が、
一言だけでいいですから同じようにやってください、と言っても出来ません。
出来るはずがないのです。
その原因は…からやっと講座がスタートするような感じなのです。
例えば「動詞（述語）を読んでから、その感情で読むのが原則なんだよ。」と教えたら、
その意味は理解できるのですが、そんなことを意識して読んだり、
考えて司会をしたことがないのですから
（これは本当に恥ずかしいことですが）どうにもなりません。
司会の表現は、司会者の数だけあって良いと思います。
例として、私が実演し、それを真似るだけで良いから…といっても出来ません。
こうして皆さんが本気になり、司会を学ぼうという気になってもらってからは、
１回目の研修に続く２回目の研修で、あらかた形が出来上がります。
「基礎は学んだ」ということになります。
と、こう書きましたから、２回目は期待していますよ。
皆様の先輩方も２回目は見違える程上達しておりました。
