「コツ」…新潟市での司会研修を終えて　（井手一男）

ここ5～6年、研修参加者は入れ替わりだけど初級コースをずっと続けてきた。
この初級コースには、葬儀司会をやっていく上で、
初めに学ばなければならないことが沢山詰まっている。
それはとても大切な事であるが、一般には理解しがたいものだろう。
それについては簡単な喩が見つからなくて、つまり分かりやすい説明がないのだが、
野球のバッティングのコツの一つに、打つ時には頭の位置が動いてはいけない。
内野守備のコツの一つに、打球（ゴロ）の下に入るイメージで取る。
とか、そんなことだろうか…専門的過ぎて分かりづらいよなあ。


では、長距離を走る時のコツの一つは、何と云っても呼吸法。
「吸う、吸う、吐く、吐く」が一般に知られている…って、知られているかな？
各自が最適な呼吸法を見つけることが重要なのです。

じゃ食い物で話をしましょう。
美味しいお味噌汁を作りたければ、「美味しくしたい」とどんなに思ってもダメ。
味噌汁を作るときに、味噌を入れてから沸騰させてはいけません。
味噌は鍋を火から下ろす直前に入れるのがコツ。
また鍋の中の水の量と味噌の量のバランスがとれていなければ、
味も美味しくできません。（と、能書きこきました）
「お味噌汁を美味しくしたい」と、どれだけ気持ちを込めても駄目なのです。
気持ちを形にする（表現する）技術という、ちょっとしたコツがあるのです。

話しが逸れましたが、葬儀司会のコツが詰まっているのが初級コースです。
そこに詰まっているコツは、デビューする人にとって最重要項目なのです。
だから今までは初級コースを中心に展開してきました。
が、そろそろ転換期。
事務局からの依頼は「今年も初級コースで」でしたが、
今年は「初級～中級コース」と、広く浅く網羅してみました。
というのもこの団体、司会の基本ルールが浸透しつつあるからです。
先輩から後輩へ、司会に関する考え方や方向性が決まっていれば
決してブレることは有りません。
だから全体のレベルが一定に保たれ,徐々にアップしています。
こういう傾向にある会社が増えつつあるのを肌で感じていましたから…

若干、経験の浅い人も何名かいましたが、実践編の一部を経験してもらいました。
それに、今の若い人はコピーも巧いし司会も器用です。
将来が楽しみです。

＜追記＞
研修前夜、旧知の友人と飲んだ。
「えぼし鯛」という店に行った。

お通し、刺身が絶品であった。
お通しは、最初に炭が運ばれてきて網に何を乗せますか？と聞いてくる。

私はフグにしたけど、このシステム…真っ白い犬。
（尾も白い→面白い→古いっ！）
