ゲルマニウム温浴体験（関谷　京子）

以前から、自宅まで出張して頂いて受けている、
指針整体の先生のお宅に、良いシロモノが入ったので、
「一度試しにおいで」といわれ先日お訪ねしてきた。

まず簡単に私からゲルマなる物を説明させて頂くと、
粉の（とても高価なものらしい）有機ゲルマニウムの入った
４１から４２度のお湯に、肘から先の手とくるぶしより少し上までの足だけを、
たった２０分浸けるだけ。
すると浴中のゲルマニウムの働きによって、
皮膚呼吸が活発になり全身から大量の汗をかき（有酸素運動２時間分に相当）、
重金属・老廃物を排出させ、新陳代謝を上げる。
そのため、発汗や体脂肪が燃えやすくなり、
結果的に痩身効果にも繋がる、という機械だそうだ。
聞くと、エステサロンなどにもよく置いてあるらしい。
これが、先生のお宅では、たった、たったの千円！！！で受けられるという。

さて、体験の本題に入ろう。
まず、手足を浸ける。
暫くすると頭を中心にジュワ～ツと、
次に身体中がジュワジュワ～っとしてくる。
さて、１０分程過ぎた頃だろうか、やってきました！待ってました！
頭から顔から背中から、タラタラ～っと一粒二粒と流れてきた。
こうなったら、もうどうにも止まらない。
ダラダラダラダラと、玉の汗がいくつもいくつも流れ落ち、
最後の５分に至っては、ぺったんこの浅い胸の谷間に向かって、
ドド～っと集まるように落ちてくるではないか。
背中もびっしょりだ。
たった２０分なのになぁ・・・
私の場合、お風呂でも同じ２０分でこんなに汗などかかないのだから、
これは、なかなかのツワモノ（癖になりそう）
先生ご夫妻共々、手をたたいて「汗だ、汗だ」と大喜び。
先生曰く５回程受けないと汗腺が開かない人もいるそうだ。

そして驚いたのは、初めて受けた日の夜、
ビールを散々飲み倒して寝たのにも関わらず、
翌朝ナント、体重１キログラム減！
最近ブクブクと１０キロも太った私にとっては一石二鳥、願ったり叶ったりだ。

そして、受けるごとに汗の量も増え、
先生が「下着も換えを持ってきて下さいね」と、
おっしゃった通りに、そう遠くなくなる予感。（パンツ持参とは笑えるが）

３度目は身体が温まったところで、その後すぐ指針整体を受けることにした。
やはり、ゲルマのお陰か、指針だけ受けている時とは
身体の反応がかなり違ったように思う。
良いことずくめだ。
まるで治療付きエステのようで、癒される。
そして施術が終わったら、優雅にデザート付きハーブティーなんぞを、
素敵でかわいらしい奥様が用意して下さって、
センスの良いリビングコーナーで楽しい会話付きで、
優雅な至福の時を過ごさせて頂いたのである。

それに比べ、このド熱いさなか、かわいそうなのは先生の方だ。
股関節が痛く歩きづらいのを気遣って下さり、なんと、送迎バスならぬ
送迎外車で、ご自宅の施術スタジオと我が家を２往復もするのである。
（私も“なんて酷いことをさせているのだろう”という自覚はあるのだが）
「そ、そんないいですぅ～」と、遠慮しながらも、
身体は当然のように、しっかり先生の車へ乗り込む体制だ。
まったく良いご身分だこと！
帰り際に
「次回はどうなさいます？出張にしますか、今日のパターンにしますか？」
と聞かれたときも、ええ年したおばさんが、甘えた声で
「今日のが良いー」・・・ったく厚かましいにも程がある。
先生、許してちょ！
あと、奥様にはせめて“おかまいなく”と。

ところで話が少々戻るが、ゲルマを受けた日は、
そのあと仕事にならん、というほど爆睡しました。
それでは、パンツを履き替えねばならぬ日が来た頃、
また、お知らせ致しましょう。

＜石川元よ！どーだ、参ったか。３年間もジムにセッセと通い
毎回２時間鍛えているらしいが、こっちは２０分ですぞ！２０分。
おまけに、かく汗の質もゲルマのお陰で違うようですよ・・ウシシ・・・＞
